Koorie Heritage Trust

The Koorie Heritage Trust is a 30 year old Aboriginal owned and managed not‐for‐profit organisation that supports, promotes and celebrates the living culture of the Indigenous peoples of south-east Australia.

While we take seriously our responsibility as a community organisation that serve the public good, the health and safety of our staff and visitors are always our top priorities. With that in mind, we are very aware that these are challenging times with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

To limit the spread of the virus, we have suspended all our public programs including workshops, public walking tours and training programs, and will close to the public immediately until 13 April 2020. We will however be monitoring this arrangement based on the latest advice and provide updates here and on our social media platforms as to our reopening times. We thank you for your support and sincerely hope we can welcome you once again to the KHT and come together in the spirit of reconciliation in the very near future to promote, support and celebrate the continuing journey of our Victorian Aboriginal peoples and communities.

Further information on how to prevent the spread of the virus can be found on the Victorian DHHS website.
