SheppArchiballs is a touring exhibition from Gallery Kaiela in Shepparton, developed in partnership with the Archiballs Project initiated by Marion Crooke and Kirsty Baird. The Archiballs Project brought together women from diverse cultural backgrounds to transform the iconic Sherrin football into a kaleidoscope of colour, humour and cultural aesthetics. Gallery Kaiela, in partnership with Rumbalara Football and Netball Club and Goulburn Ovens TAFE Multicultural Unit, embraced the Archiballs project in 2014 culminating in a kaleidoscope of colour and wit to become the SheppArchiballs Exhibition. The Shepparton project has been made possible through generous contributions from Arts Victoria, Greater City of Shepparton, Relationships Australia and Sherrin Kangaroo Brand.
