Our standard introductory programs are intended for organisations that are able to meet our minimum group size requirement of 10 participants. We acknowledge however, that there are individuals and organisations that may not be able to meet the minimum group size.

We will throughout the year offer block sessions based on our Half Day Introductory Program, specifically for individuals and small groups. The program is dependant on the level of interest and the combined number of participants meeting a minimum group size requirement. The Program is suited for participants who may not have regular contact with Aboriginal peoples and communities, but who are interested in building their knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal issues from an Aboriginal perspective. It is a very brief introductory overview program and does not include specifics on working with the contemporary Aboriginal community.

Depending on the number of participants, the Program may take the form of either our standard Half Day Introductory Gateway Program or our Full Day Introductory Gateway Program, which incorporates in the morning our Introduction to Koorie Culture walking tour of Flagstaff Gardens.
